Growing up in Miami, Florida, Nicole gained an appreciation for interior design and the desire to see something unique through the various local architecture and cultures. Starting her career in high-end residential, Nicole was able to create limitless designs that showcased the tropical backdrops of her upbringing as well as ideals of modernization with an attention to detail. 

After moving to Chicago, she worked on projects for hospitality design ranging from concept to completion as a designer for interior architecture and FF&E. Additionally, she has worked on numerous projects from full and select service hotels to restaurants and bars. Making the change to working on the ownership-side of design for multi-family housing, she oversaw renovation projects from the initial budget and schedule review to the final installation. This strengthened her knowledge and leadership in working with investors, outside architects/designers, and general contractors to direct project design projects that accommodated the specific brand of the company.

With her various experiences, Nicole provides a well-rounded approach to design and management which ensures that projects are completed with a detailed sophistication that are both on time and in budget.
